Sit better.
Powered by AirPods.

PodPosture reads the motion sensors inside your AirPods and nudges you when your head drifts forward or sideways. No camera. No cloud. A quiet signal in your menubar.

macOS 26.4 · AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd gen) or AirPods Max

Free · No subscription · No hidden costs

Honest note There is zero scientific evidence that nudging you about your posture leads to a better spine. PodPosture is mostly a fun little thing so you don't sit hunched like Quasimodo for the next two hours of your meeting. Wink.

How it works

Three steps. No camera in your face.

  1. 01

    Calibrate once

Sit upright, save your baseline. PodPosture measures all drift from that point.

  2. 02

    Live drift signal

Pitch and roll from the AirPods IMU fuse into one number in degrees. The menubar dot follows it from green through amber to red.

  3. 03

    Quiet nudge

Stay past the line for a moment and a notification lands, with a one tap Snooze 10 min.

FAQ

Which AirPods are supported?

Anything that exposes head tracking through Apple's headphone motion API: AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd gen), AirPods (3rd gen) and AirPods Max.

Does it need internet?

No. PodPosture has no network code. After installation it runs entirely offline.

Will it drain my AirPods?

It uses the same motion stream Apple already runs for spatial audio. Battery impact is minimal.
