Ponte is designed to respect your privacy. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.
Nothing leaves your device. Ponte has no accounts, no logins, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We operate no servers that store any of your data.
The following lives only on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud backup):
None of this is transmitted anywhere by Ponte.
Holiday data is fetched from date.nager.at, a free public-holiday API. The only information sent is a country code (e.g. SE, US) and a year. No personal information is sent.
Tips are processed by Apple's StoreKit. Payment and receipts are handled entirely by Apple — Ponte never sees or stores your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy.
Calendar (write-only). When you tap Add to calendar on a vacation bridge, Ponte asks for calendar access so you can choose which calendar to save to. Ponte only writes events — it never reads your existing calendar data, and nothing is transmitted off your device.
Ponte is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Because we collect no data, there is nothing to access, export, or delete on our side. Uninstalling Ponte removes all local data. Tip refund requests are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear at this URL with a new effective date.
